3. Spa-cuisine every meal to balance your weight Eat with the ‘Whole Foods’ concept in every meal. When we live and eat in ‘wholeness’ then we are balanced in our body, mind, spirit and life!
4. Rituals in the bath and bedroom / cleansing & dressing The process of cleansing can be a sacred process and one of the greatest benefits for health and beauty. Approaching your daily routine of bathing, make-up application, and dressing by being present with yourself and giving yourself positive signals in the mirror and when you connect with your body.
5. Touch Touch is incredibly important in our lives – with our families, friends, co-workers, and even ourselves. So many people today are starved for touch. Touch can create a transfer of caring, trust, and love for people in our lives. The intention behind touch is felt by everyone. Touch has been studied in newborns and those that were deprived of touch and being held were not as healthy as those that were held. Touch is good for the immune system, and the heart. It is an indication that we are cared about. Hug someone and yourself every day.
